Terms & Conditions of HibikiWin

Welcome to HibikiWin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and HibikiWin ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the HibikiWin website located at hibikiwin.cam, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

HibikiWin operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform, providing casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, sports wagering, and related entertainment services. Our platform is designed primarily for players located in Malaysia and supports the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as its native transactional currency.

By accessing, registering on, depositing into, or using any aspect of the HibikiWin platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with HibikiWin, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is non-negotiable and strictly enforced through KYC verification procedures.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through HibikiWin or any other platform to which our self-exclusion programme extends.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or close associate of HibikiWin or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have had a previous HibikiWin account closed or suspended for cause, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, or material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation in online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access our services. HibikiWin does not provide legal advice in this regard.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the HibikiWin platform at any time. Registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during the registration process — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and any other requested details — is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading. You undertake to update your account information promptly should any details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. HibikiWin will never solicit your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

4.3 KYC Verification

HibikiWin reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment methods at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKAD, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.

HibikiWin accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of locally supported payment methods, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank Berhad, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC) are also accepted.

5.1 Minimum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction for fiat currency methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 30 for USDT and LTC, and MYR 50 for BTC and ETH. Minimum amounts are subject to change; current minimums are displayed at the point of transaction.

5.2 Funding Sources

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. You warrant that you are the sole and legitimate owner or authorised user of any payment method used. HibikiWin reserves the right to request evidence of ownership of any funding source as part of its KYC and anti-money laundering procedures.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallet and FPX are generally processed and credited to your account balance in real time or within a few minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations for the applicable blockchain. HibikiWin is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers or network congestion beyond our control.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions, which must all be satisfied before any withdrawal request will be approved and processed:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC identity verification.
• All applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus must have been met in full.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed applicable single-transaction or daily withdrawal limits.
• Your account must be in good standing with no pending disputes, fraud investigations, or compliance holds.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name.

6.1 Processing Timeframes

HibikiWin aims to process all approved withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Indicative timeframes are as follows:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow): Typically 5–30 minutes from approval.
• FPX / Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Typically 1–3 business hours from approval.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC): Typically 30 minutes to several hours depending on network conditions.

These timeframes are indicative only. HibikiWin does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment networks, banking system downtime, or regulatory holds.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per rolling period are displayed within the Cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted for VIP players at the Company's discretion.

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by HibikiWin are subject to specific terms that are disclosed at the time each offer is presented. Where any conflict exists between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are not withdrawable; only winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn, subject to wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days). Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• The maximum bet permitted while Bonus Funds are active is typically MYR 250–500 per bet. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture and potential cancellation of associated winnings.
• Game contribution rates vary: slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games typically contribute 10–20% or may be excluded entirely.
• One bonus may be active per account at any time. Bonuses cannot be stacked unless explicitly stated.
• HibikiWin reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting errors or technical glitches, engaging in matched betting using bonus funds, or coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially — will have their account suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and may be banned from the Platform permanently.

HibikiWin is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All casino games offered on the platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently verified to ensure genuine randomness of outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios with regulated dealing procedures.

Sports betting odds are set by our in-house and partner trading teams and are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. HibikiWin reserves the right to void bets where obvious pricing errors have occurred or where match irregularities are identified. Settlement of sporting events follows official competition rulings.

8.1 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption that affects the integrity of a wager or game outcome, HibikiWin reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the staked amount to the Player's account. No claims for winnings arising from demonstrably erroneous game states will be honoured.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the HibikiWin platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to appropriate authorities where criminal conduct is suspected:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or through agents or proxies.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using funds of an illegal origin (money laundering) to fund an account or conduct wagers.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human wagering mechanism not explicitly approved by HibikiWin.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing HibikiWin staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion, deposit limit, or other responsible gambling tools.
• Facilitating access for individuals under 21 years of age.

All content on the HibikiWin platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trade marks, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, software code, and user interface elements — is the property of HibikiWin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of HibikiWin.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HibikiWin, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss.

HibikiWin does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

You may close your HibikiWin account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Funds balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable fees or deductions) will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any outstanding compliance holds.

HibikiWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice where:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is detected or reasonably suspected.
• You are subject to an active self-exclusion or are identified as a vulnerable player by our responsible gambling team.
• Required for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon termination for cause, HibikiWin reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings. Decisions regarding Real Money Funds will be made in accordance with our obligations under the applicable licensing framework.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of HibikiWin's licensing authority (Curaçao). Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules of the relevant licensing authority.

HibikiWin does not represent or warrant that its services comply with the laws of all jurisdictions from which the Platform may be accessed. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws.

HibikiWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players — for example, by prominently displaying a notice on the Platform or by email notification to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the updated version. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. The date on which these Terms were last revised is displayed at the top of this document.
